Good Things Come to Those Who Take

American culture is largely built around the Torment Nexus. Many people fondly exchange stories of sitting around their childhood Nexus, heads filled with suffering and the screams of the damned. Times have changed though, and we see the way forward.

The app acts as our hub, offering both a direct means of interacting with the Nexus, as well as a guide, offering suggestions and instructions on how you can better integrate it into your life. Built in are a few of our core services, including Nexus Social, Nexus TV, and Nexus Messaging. We'll go into more detail about those shortly, but we want to highlight one major thing before we do. This app, while appearing fairly straightforward, actually integrates a direct connection to the plane of damnation, which allowed our engineers to develop our proprietary Torment-Content Algorithm, affectionately called TorCon around the offices. This algorithm helps our services adapt to your indivudal needs over time. Due to the nature of the algorithm, we can't say exactly what or why it will do things, but we are fairly confident it will make your life worse, and that we can get behind.

Let's come back to Nexus Social now. Our all new social feed, designed to look and operate almost identically to Facebook. This is to avoid any user disruption or discomfort and has been promised to be "mostly" legal according to our lawyers. In this feed, you'll be show Nexus related content that our algorithm determines most distressing for you. In the case that we cannot source any content distressing enough, there is a handy button ever-present at the top of your feed. Press that, and our incredible tnAI (Torment Nexus AI) will generate content to fill that growing void. You can even share that generated content with friends and family, allowing them to interact with and comment on it. We also have the revolutionary new Share With Strangers feature, which allows you to cast that content into the void for the thoughts and opinions of the many Nexus denizens not in your circles.

Next up, Nexus TV. This is a truly exciting one. We've actually partnered with TV heavyweights Maury Povich and Jerry Springer for an all new experience. In this service, we will be able to create on-demand, wholly original episodes of Maury and The Jerry Springer Show. At times, they may even cross over! This is due to a happy little accident, related to their existing in perpendicular space continuums within the plane of damnation. This content will be streaming 24/7 on the main channel, however you can spin it off at any point if you'd like to change the direction it's going. This content will only be available as it's streamed, so once it's gone, it's gone forever. This helps ensure user FOMO (fear of missing out) and is guaranteed to help keep you in the nexus.

Nexus Messaging allows you to message any user on or off the platform at any time. It features no blocking or content filtering as we believe in true Free Speech™. You can even pay for priority messaging, which can ring the all devices of the user at once, regardless of volume settings.
